Job Overview As a Paid Search Specialist, you will oversee the development and setup of Google Ads Paid Search campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategic direction to drive success. Campaign Setup and Management: Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Search strategies, including keyword research, ad group and campaign setup, bid management, and goal achievement. Optimize campaign performance through keyword refinement, campaign structure adjustment, targeting optimization, and other facets of Paid Search. Monitor and maintain campaign metrics, analyzing conversion rates, cost per conversion, cost per click, impression share, and other key performance indicators. Collaborate with Digital Strategists to dictate Paid Search strategy for proposal requests, RFPs, and strategy pivots to achieve client objectives. Requirements Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills through independent troubleshooting of issues before escalating to team members. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Clear written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. Passion for digital marketing and client success. Effective communication and time management skills for remote work environments.
