Job Details Job Function: Finance Job Sub Function: Finance Business Partners Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: São Paulo, Brazil Location: São Paulo, Brazil Employment type: Full-time Role The Innovative Medicine (IM) Brazil Supervisor is a key position that provides financial and strategic support to local senior leadership to drive business growth with a focus on competitiveness in Immunology and Oncology, manage key financial metrics (Opex, Headcount and Other Income/Expenses) and shape new business decisions with our New Business Development team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong connection and collaboration with business partners from finance and from the business. This position will report to the IM Brazil Senior Finance Manager (Business Controller) and lead a team with a Senior Analyst and an Intern. Primary Responsibilities Provide strategic direction to Immunology and Oncology business leaders to influence decision-making. Lead strategic discussions on Opex and Headcount management. Shape new business decisions and ensure the accuracy of Other Income & Expenses. Foster team development and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications Fluent in English A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance or related field Experience in Finance areas within Business Units (strategic support, financial planning and analytics) Excellent analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to work independently, influence decision making, think creatively, and challenger status quo across multiple teams Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and implement process or strategic improvements Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead initiatives Seniority Not Applicable Note Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Johnson & Johnson by 2x.
