- Salary up to $115,000

- Manage distribution channels and independent representatives for optimal market benefit
- Provide strategic direction and support for internal development projects and sales staff
- Act as a company representative to technical and industry associations
- Develop and achieve short- and long-term sales goals for assigned territories
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or business; 5+ years of work experience in Sales may substitute for degree
- Minimum of 3 years previous sales and technical experience with a focus on profitable growth and strategic value-based selling
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven capability in building relationships across diverse groups
- Analytical mindset comfortable with quantitative data
