What to Expect
  • Present and sell company products and services to customers, achieving maximum net income in line with company strategy
  • Manage distribution channels and independent representatives for optimal market benefit
  • Provide strategic direction and support for internal development projects and sales staff
  • Act as a company representative to technical and industry associations
  • Develop and achieve short- and long-term sales goals for assigned territories
What is Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or business; 5+ years of work experience in Sales may substitute for degree
  • Minimum of 3 years previous sales and technical experience with a focus on profitable growth and strategic value-based selling
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven capability in building relationships across diverse groups
  • Analytical mindset comfortable with quantitative data
