Sobre a vaga Estamos buscando um(a) engenheiro(a) de software com boa base técnica e vontade de assumir mais responsabilidade e protagonismo ao longo do tempo. A função combina desenvolvimento com participação em decisões técnicas, revisões de código e suporte ao time. É uma oportunidade para quem já tem maturidade técnica e quer evoluir para Tech Lead de forma prática e gradual. Desenvolver e evoluir aplicações web e APIs Participar de decisões de arquitetura e padrões técnicos Colaborar com PMs, devs, designers e clientes para entregar soluções funcionais em produção Garantir qualidade técnica e estabilidade das entregas Requisitos Experiência prática com desenvolvimento de produtos digitais (3+ anos) Experiência com deploys em cloud e desenvolvimento para produção Boa comunicação, organização e postura colaborativa Diferenciais Experiência com Next.js / Node ou stacks modernas equivalentes Familiaridade com Supabase / Prisma ou bancos relacionais bem modelados Integrações com APIs de IA (OpenAI, Anthropic) e boas práticas de segurança de dados Vivência em times pequenos, liderança, projetos sob pressão ou ambiente de startup Capacidade de destravar problemas de forma prática e ajudar outros devs quando necessário Boa noção de infraestrutura leve: deploy, logs, acessos e monitoramento básico Interesse genuíno em assumir mais responsabilidade técnica no médio prazo Local: Híbrido, 2x por semana em escritório no Centro do RJ (edifício corporativo de alto padrão) Suporte de deslocamento e alimentação nos dias presenciais (R$50/dia presencial) Modelo de remuneração Faixa: R$ 9.000 a R$ 11.000 / mês (PJ), conforme experiência e fit Possibilidade de bônus por performance e resultados Possibilidade de eventual participação societária (stock options) para profissionais que se destacarem e assumirem mais responsabilidade ao longo do tempo O que mais oferecemos Até 22 dias úteis por ano de pausa remunerada Participação direta em projetos reais com grandes empresas Ambiente enxuto, colaborativo e orientado a resultado Contato com decisões técnicas, produto e clientes Oportunidade de evolução para Tech Lead de maneira prática e gradual Espaço para autonomia, responsabilidade, protagonismo e crescimento acelerado Cultura de aprendizado técnico contínuo, sem burocracia desnecessária Avaliamos performance do nosso time de perto e temos histórico de promoções rápidas para quem se destaca.
