Opportunity – Key Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Strategically contribute to our manufacturing business plan and growth trajectory through the leadership of HR Management/HR Business Partner strategy to lead, manage and oversee HR Management for a function or geography.
• Provide information and implement inspiring HR Management/Business Partner strategies and programs, aiming to prepare, develop, and formulate all processes related to HR programs and policies.
• Analyze and align HR activities with business strategy to support business goals and influence the strategic direction of the business balanced with the employee perspective.
• Coordinate and manage processes related to HR transformation, aligning HR activities to support business goals balanced with the employee perspective.
• Implement Talent and Organizational Development plans, providing continuous support and solutions to design, implement, and manage programs that optimize the organization's human capital, ensuring the maximum return on its talent.
• Develop reliable relationships with leaders throughout Galderma.
• Design and develop strategies and policies to manage all processes related to HR.
• Critically examine HR programs, policies, processes, systems, products, or services according to Galderma's operational standards, bringing improvements or changes when necessary.
• Deliver critical processes to drive the transformation and change of HR programs to maximize people's capabilities at all levels of the organization.
• Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside Galderma.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Fluent English /Spanish desirable
• Min 7-10 years of HR leadership, 3+ years as a member of an LT
• Experience in industrial environment
• Proven track record of Change Management leadership
• Experience leading Union relations
• Experience with contemporary HR operating models (RPO, HR Operations, etc..)
• Experience with WorkDay and also managing payroll processes

Education:

Master's / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
