- Multinational pipe manufacturing industry;
Job Description
- Supply Chain Management: Lead supply chain activities to reach purchasing costs, quality, and on-time delivery targets;
- Industrialization: Drive industrialization activities with a focus on partnership with the development team to reduce throughput time and ease the introduction of modifications;
- Business Development: Build relationships with key industry players, vendors, and customers to develop new business opportunities;
- Operational Leadership;
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals to achieve organizational objectives;
- Quality Control;
- Team Management;
- Budget Management;
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency;
- Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations;
- Stakeholder Communication;
- Inventory and Logistics;
- Customer Service;
- Legal Compliance;
- Production Management;
- Process Improvement: Direct activities to design new and modified processes for manufacturing and testing products, and develop tools and policies for purchasing and logistics;
- Data Management: Ensure quality and integrity of data used in the ERP system that drives order fulfillment.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software;
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting;
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred);
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
