What you’ll do: Execute daily software development tasks including design, review, code, test, and maintenance. Participate in Scrum Team activities and follow Agile Software Development processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points for product improvement. Create UI mockups using Figma. Implement state management using industry‑standard frameworks (e.g., Redux, MobX). Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests using tools like Cypress. What you bring: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer, or a similar role. Experience with UX research methods and tools. Familiarity with SAP UI5 Web Components and Fiori Guidelines is a plus. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with software engineering and formal software development methodologies.
