We offer an unlimited subscription for our clients, including websites, social media, SEO, and more. Key Responsibilities Design responsive, visually engaging websites in Webflow and WordPress. Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that align with user needs and client goals. Translate approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using Webflow or WordPress. Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution. Evaluate all designs against UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines. Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback. Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow/WordPress capabilities. Identify and troubleshoot design-related issues ensuring smooth handoff and deployment. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience designing and developing websites using Webflow and WordPress. A strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX/UI work, prototypes, and completed builds. Proficiency in wireframing tools and design platforms (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.). Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices. Ability to work effectively within a remote team. Strong communication skills – articulating design decisions clearly. Close attention to detail and passion for creating elevated digital experiences.
