Program Manager-22000B50**Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages***: English**Preferred Qualifications**Global Partner Sales Operations (GPSO) is a team dedicated to support Indirect business functions within Oracle. They are responsible for understanding and orchestrating Oracle's Channel workflow and deal processes, as well as being the direct link between our internal and external stakeholders. This team is an extremely valuable asset to the indirect organization to ensure a clear and concise linkage for pricing, contracts and bookings. This role asks for someone with the ability to lead and collaborate across LOB’s and teams supporting global roll outs. Should be able to help drive implementation of new processes and procedures.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Work cross functionally with Global Sales Ops, WWA&C, Divisional A&C, Corporate Systems, Deal Management, Legal and other teams as required, to solve issues.- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members- Build and maintain business relationships with Oracle leadership and various Lines of Business.- Enforce Oracle’s guidelines and policies.- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with immediate team members to obtain buy-in.- Work with GPO team to make recommendations and submit requirements into territory planning teams for partner sales model support- Identifies need from A&C (regional, corp or GSI A&C)- Qualifies and clarifies ask- Objectives- Desired outcomes- Timeline- Measurements and KPI’s- Project manages entire initiative lifecycle- Identifies working group in GPSO (and teams)- Working group plan for workload and report back with capacity ability - timeline- Make recommendations based on process & systems expertise knowledge- Manage signoff with stakeholders including GBP / legal / C&E- Implementation of process & workarounds to support- Submit requirements to Systems GPO- Stand up pilot program requests and initiatives from regional, corp or GSI A&C) - e.g., Test Dev, Partner Led Model- Evaluate viability of program and form recommendations to incorporate into standard business models- SME knowledge of OSvC, CPQ, deal reg etc to assist in optimizing processes and making recommendations to systems team- Assist in designing workarounds and developing new processes to support new initiatives and programs**Management**- Host regular one-on-one meetings and staff meetings. Report status to Director.- Participate in quarterly management meetings for GPSO and identify synergies among the greater organization.- Serve as a backup to the Director, for the Program Management Office; step in to make strategic decisions while staying in compliance and meeting business objectives.**PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**Desired Competencies:- Leadership - supervise internal employees.
