The Marketing team is the engine that powers Remote\ 's expansion. Through productmarketing, performance marketing, events, communications, campaigns, and content, we tell the world about Remote to bring in revenue and establish Remote as the international leader in global HR and remote work. You’ll shape our content strategy and lead a team of writers and creators in producing high-quality, high-impact content. What You BringExperience in content strategy and creation, with proven success in a growth-focused fast-paced environment. Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams with a focus on ownership and accountability. Strong editorial judgment with the ability to balance brand voice, creativity, and performance. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and channels. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure and improve content performance, own outcomes and drive measurable impact. Writes and speaks fluent English. It\ 's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of content creators, setting high standards for quality, creativity, and execution. Own the content strategy across formats to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Translate business goals into content initiatives that support growth, brand, and customer success. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Design to ensure content is aligned, consistent, and impactful. Oversee content calendar, workflow, and governance to ensure efficiency and scalability. Use analytics to measure impact, optimize performance, and inform future content strategies. Foster a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement within the content team. At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. Remote has international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally. The base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000 to $201,200. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
