ResponsabilidadesDesenvolver código de alta qualidade e alinhado às boas práticas; Conduzir spikes e provas de conceito (PoCs) para explorar soluções técnicas; Mentorear desenvolvedores menos experientes, apoiando seu crescimento técnico; Compartilhar conhecimento e aprendizados com outras squads; Ler, entender e documentar serviços, processos e soluções de forma clara; Trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e em constante evolução; Equilibrar qualidade técnica e velocidade de entrega nas soluções. AtividadesParticipar dos ritos; Desenvolver novas features e dar suporte ao Tech Lead; Fazer peer-review com outros membros da equipe; Contribuir sugerindo soluções e compartilhando conhecimentos; Dar suporte ao time. DiferenciaisTer atuado com monorepo NX ou Lerna; Familiaridade com o ecossistema AWS (lambdas, S3, ECS, cloudwatch); Ter atuado com ferramentas web analytics: Tag manager, Trackers (ex: pixel do Facebook, Hotjar, etc.).
