Description The role involves leading the department with a clear strategic vision, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning, and fostering strong engagement with students, parents, and the wider school community. Responsibilities include monitoring pupil progress, supporting teachers, maintaining high academic and behavioural standards, and managing departmental resources effectively. The position also requires active participation in school events and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development through Nord Anglia University, global teacher collaboration, and relevant IB/CIE training. As a genuine team‑player, you’ll work across our teams to promote the Mission, Vision, and the Values of the school. You will ensure that teaching and learning meets the expectations of the school and actively contribute to wider school development and growth, demonstrating a proactive approach towards professional development.
