Senior IT Analyst / Coordinator Location: São Paulo, Brazil Job ID: 42483 Overview HID is a global leader in trusted identity solutions, protecting people, property and assets worldwide. The Senior IT Analyst & Coordinator will lead technology operations in São Paulo, combining leadership and hands‑on technical work to ensure infrastructure performance, information security compliance, and the implementation of innovative projects. Responsibilities Infrastructure & Support Management Oversee servers, networks, systems, and corporate applications to ensure high availability and performance. Provide advanced technical support and perform root‑cause analysis to maintain business continuity. Manage Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and related enterprise tools. Implement, configure, and maintain workstations for current employees and new hires. Information Security & Compliance Implement, monitor, and resolve cybersecurity incidents. Ensure adherence to LGPD, ISO 27001, and internal security policies. Define best practices and risk controls to safeguard the organization. Team & People Management Coordinate IT tickets, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery. Deliver onboarding and continuous training with emphasis on technology use and information security awareness. Vendor, Contract & Operations Support Negotiate, analyze, and oversee contracts with IT, telecom, software, and service providers. Monitor vendor performance and recommend service improvements. Provide support to Facilities and operations and administrative assistance in occasional demands. Projects & Innovation Lead system migrations, upgrades, and the implementation of new technologies. Drive modernization initiatives to improve efficiency and support business growth. Act as the interface between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. At least 4+ years of solid experience in IT infrastructure, user support, and project coordination. Strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange). Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (LGPD, ISO/IEC 27001). Experience coordinating projects, managing vendors, and leading teams. Professional certifications (ITIL, cybersecurity, Microsoft, cloud) are a plus. Native Portuguese speaker.
