Job Description

We're looking for someone experienced in sourcing and engaging administrative talent across the globe, with a passion for creating exceptional recruiting experiences. You’ll help internal stakeholders attract the best talent while focusing on creative sourcing, deep research, and global market insights. If you're a well-connected, curious individual with a passion for non-tech recruiting, this role is for you. You’ll lead recruitment efforts for administrative and executive talent, driving every stage of the hiring process—from developing sourcing strategies to negotiating offers. Building strong networks inside and outside the company is key. Responsibilities
  • Lead the full cycle hiring process for global roles, with a strong focus on critical and difficult-to-fill external searches with a focus on enterprise software/technical engineering positions
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging global market research and talent intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, operations lead, and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives.
  • Create a positive and engaging recruitment journey, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless interview process for candidates.
  • Drive inclusive hiring strategies to build a diverse workforce, especially within contact center.
  • Continuously improve hiring workflows, implement best practices, and leverage recruitment technologies for efficiency.
  • Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to enhance hiring strategies, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 4+ experience in end-to-end hiring, with a strong track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, operational leaders, and executives, aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Proficiency in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, and competitor intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve time-to-hire efficiency.
  • Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and positive candidate experience.
  • Experience hiring for contact center technologies like Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
