By joining our team in Projects, Drilling & Procurement you will have the opportunity to:
- Work in strategic procurement planning and portfolio management to ensure process optimization and efficiency for long term contracts within the Operations category including focused on Equipment and Commodities.
- Prepare and drive tenders, conduct bid evaluation and negotiations, and prepare award recommendation.
- Perform demand and market analysis in both global and local markets to anticipate challenges and demands.
- Ensure compliance with our governing Supply Chain Management processes, with a specific focus on Integrity Due Diligence, Human Rights assessments, Safety, and Commercial Risk.
- Drive and perform contract management from award to contract close-out, monitoring contract performance, and adherence to contractual obligations with a focus on minimizing value leakage, risk, and promoting safety.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on contract matters related to Operations category.
- Proactively ensure high-quality stakeholder management both internally and towards suppliers.
- Facilitate the development of our capabilities by working on multidisciplinary projects throughout the business.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement focused on sourcing processes, negotiations, contract establishment, managing supplier performance and relations for Equipment and Commodities scope.
- Experience with contracts establishment regarding Mechanical & Rotating Equipment, Cranes & Lifting, Telecommunications, Electro and Automation, HSE, Chemicals, Commodities and Valves is required.
- Good awareness of the Brazil supplier market and understanding of establishing and promoting local content.
- Advanced skills in English and Portuguese language
- Strategic and commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and flexible, with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team across the organization.
- Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
- Possess strong communication skills, demonstrating ability to create impact & connect with different stakeholders.
