Centralized Research Group (CRG) supports bankers across the globe. Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, CRG\'s Latin American office works closely with the firm\'s LatAm Debt Capital Market team based in New York, providing support for preparing pitch books, financial analyses, marketing, and other support materials used in client meetings. Candidates should have an interest in the fixed income market, strong communication, analytical and technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Pitching material preparation: Work with associates and analysts across regional locations to prepare marketing materials for clients including market and industry landscapes, financial analysis and valuations, target company profiles and benchmarking, descriptive memorandums, management presentations, board presentations, and other materials.
  • Financial analysis: analyze and interpret financial statements; perform full valuation analyses including building and maintaining complex financial models to perform valuations under different scenarios, trading comparables, and precedent transactions; prepare transaction impact analyses such as earnings accretion/dilution and value creation / synergies; create financial and operating benchmarking analyses using information from company accounts, databases and other sources.
  • Research: Source and interpret company and industry information from a variety of data sources to form views on the industry, key trends and individual companies; summarize and synthesize news updates and research reports for priority clients and ongoing mandates.
  • Management reporting: provide weekly updates to senior management on deals announced/closed/priced, new mandates, client calling efforts by bankers, sector updates, and monitor relevant metrics across the region.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Awareness of investment banking solutions and services.
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to analyze and interpret data quickly and accurately.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting as well as valuation metrics.
  • Solid financial modeling/valuation, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, value creation analyses, three-statement models and pro forma models.
  • Close attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality output.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present concepts concisely and defend their validity, including strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior bankers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple workflows with different teams, and deliver quality under pressure.
  • Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn, detail oriented, proactive and highly organized.
