Job Description

Rockwell Automation is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Cybersecurity Services Technology Consultant to drive the growth of our OT cybersecurity services across Latin America. In this high-impact, pre-sales role, you will blend technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver innovative solutions that protect critical industrial infrastructure.

As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will develop a qualified opportunity pipeline by delivering technical demonstrations, leading proof-of-concept engagements, and presenting tailored solutions to a range of stakeholders—from engineers to executives.

You will represent Rockwell Automation's cybersecurity services portfolio, focusing on the Verve Security Center platform.

  • Workplace: Remote
  • Location: Mexico or Brazil
Cybersecurity Portfolio Overview

You will work with a suite of cybersecurity offerings, including:

  • Asset Inventory, Vulnerability and Risk Management: Verve Security Center, Threat Detection Services, IDS, Endpoint Protection
  • Consultative Services: Risk assessments, network assessments, cybersecurity policies
  • Network Infrastructure and Virtualization: Data centers, IDMZs, network segmentation
  • Security Managed Services: Monitoring, NOC, SOC services
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for OT cybersecurity solutions in Latin America.
  • Understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations.
  • Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Provide technical training and represent Rockwell at industry events.
  • Analyze market trends and maintain CRM data.
  • Provide product feedback for development.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, focusing on industrial networks and cybersecurity.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%, domestically and internationally.
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and protocols like EtherNet/IP.
  • Experience with networking, virtualization, cybersecurity platforms, and wireless tech in industrial environments.
  • Ability to produce detailed technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven success in outcome-based selling.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, CEH, Cisco CCNA/Industrial, GICSP, Fortinet NSE.
