We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced systems engineer to join our Enterprise Monitoring team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of our observability platforms. Health and Performance: Ensure the health, performance, and availability of enterprise monitoring tools. Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and configuration tuning to ensure optimal system performance. Ticketing and Incident Response: Triage and resolve monitoring-related incidents and service tickets in a timely and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities:** Collaboration: Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions and improve visibility. Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to support operational and business needs. On-Call Rotations: Participate in on-call rotations and support incident response efforts. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or enterprise monitoring roles. Splunk Experience: Hands-on experience with Splunk, DynaTrace, and NewRelic in production environments. Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and tool integration.
