Growth Marketer In Global Running Company – Part-Time With Room To Grow Into Head Of MarketingHi… My name is Lena, the founder of Go Running Tours. This is not your usual job post. Instead of listing buzzwords, I’ll give you the good, the bad, and the ugly of being a Growth Marketer with Go Running Tours. Our new Growth Marketer will be responsible for all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Our markets are growing (some by 100+%) and we are constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services. Your marketing DNA needs to be analytical and structured, while also creative to craft great copy, spot new opportunities, and connect the dots between B2C and B2B. You should work systematically with new ideas and markets, have attention to detail, and get super excited about the responsibilities and the fact that the world is your marketing playground. You’ll be working on newsletters and more. For example, an email may land in your inbox from Brooks, Lululemon, or Abbott World Marathon Majors. Not because we got it right the first time, but because we keep researching, learning, and testing; you’ll help nail it over time. Our clients include US Bank, Goldman Sachs, Amex, Google, Accenture and runners of equal awesomeness from all over the world. We also work with some of the biggest names in the running industry. You’ll work in constant growth mode, testing initiatives in one city and then scaling to other destinations, researching new tech, trends, and exploring new platforms. Email marketing is a strong channel; if you have a thrill for optimizing flows, building smart automations, and digging into data, you’ll excel here. We already send newsletters that perform well, but someone with a data/automation mindset will optimise them tremendously. You will also own our digital advertising efforts—planning and running campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms, and tracking what moves the needle. You’ll create clever case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. You will work directly with me. We work remotely with only 2–3 hours of internal meetings a week; all other time reservedfor deep work. There’s always a call, and we’re all on Slack. The salary is not for a Ferrari but comfortable for a 25‑hour work week. ResponsibilitiesLead all B2C and B2B marketing activities across growth channels. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, build automation workflows, and analyze performance. Manage digital advertising on Meta and Google, test and scale campaigns. Create case studies, sponsorship proposals, and pitch new marketing ideas. Collaborate with leadership to identify new markets and channels. QualificationsAnalytical mindset with a structured approach. Creative copywriter who can spot opportunities and craft engaging content. Attention to detail and passion for execution. Experience in email marketing, automation, data analysis. Experience in digital advertising on Meta and Google. Ability to work independently remotely with minimal meetings.
