Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, criativa e com repertório em marketing digital para assumir a posição de Community Manager Jr.

A função envolve a gestão estratégica das redes sociais, com foco na curadoria de conteúdo, agendamento de posts e entrega de insights mensais baseados em movimentos de mercado.

Responsabilidades:

Planejamento e gestão operacional das redes sociais (organização de calendário, agendamento e publicação de posts);

Garantir que o conteúdo esteja alinhado com o posicionamento e tom de voz das marcas;

Pesquisa e envio de insights criativos e de mercado mensalmente, com foco em tendências, benchmarks e boas práticas;

Acompanhamento pontual de interações e comentários;

Interface com áreas parceiras (planejamento, criação, atendimento) para garantir entregas integradas;

Organização e documentação de processos e fluxos.

Requisitos:

Experiência prévia como Community Manager ou Social Media;

Familiaridade com ferramentas de agendamento e gestão de redes sociais;

Boa capacidade de organização, autonomia e responsabilidade com prazos;

Repertório criativo e atualizado sobre comportamento digital;

Excelente comunicação escrita.

Diferenciais:

Habilidade em identificar movimentos e tendências do mercado de forma estratégica.

Atuação sábado e domingo - com presença no repasse de alinhamento às sextas-feiras fim do dia.
