This position is hybrid in the Sao Paulo/Sao Bernardo do Campo unit.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication plans that inform stakeholders about IT initiatives, system updates, and change management processes.
  • Create engaging, accurate, and accessible content for emails, intranet updates, presentations, and other media.
  • Produce clear documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and system release notes for non-technical audiences.
  • Publish documentation such as use guides, FAQs, communications, quick tips, and other items in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to gather information about projects, system enhancements, and IT policies to disseminate content.
  • Serve as a point of contact for communication-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses to stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and informational meetings to enhance understanding of IT tools and services.
  • Ensure communications align with the organization's branding and messaging.
  • Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and improve strategies.
  • Translate communications and documentation into Spanish, Portuguese, or Spanish.
  • Coordinate the release of common IT communications across the Americas region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT communications inquiries.
  • Up to 25% of time may be spent as part of the NORAM IT Collaboration squad.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT communication.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (speaking and writing).
  • Experience in communication roles, with IT-related communications preferred.
  • Strong grasp of IT concepts and terminology, with the ability to translate complex information into clear content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools, content management systems, and project collaboration software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred experience with graphical design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation is a plus.
