Job Overview As a Data Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the User Experience Research team at a leading company in the Gaming industry. The primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and analyze large-scale surveys aimed at understanding the player base of core gaming products. Main Responsibilities: Create surveys and trackers that align with all products and initiatives, driving data-driven decision making throughout the organization. Design questions that minimize respondent bias, ensuring accurate and actionable insights. Apply best practice methodologies to produce representative data, driving business growth through data-informed strategies. Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights. Advanced proficiency in creating large-scale surveys using tools like QuestionPro or Qualtrics, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft engaging questionnaires. Experience with Tableau for data visualization, with a solid understanding of data storytelling and effective communication of complex insights. Strong SQL skills, with experience writing data queries and working with cloud-based platforms like Snowflake or Data Bricks.
