Job Title We are seeking an Immigration Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires effective communication, organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely with senior legal specialists and attorneys to provide exceptional client service and support. The Immigration Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks: Coordinate with clients, conduct initial meetings to explain immigration procedures and requirements. Analyze client documents, prepare cases for filing, organize exhibits and ensure clients understand the process. Identify potential issues that may delay petitions and report them to the attorney and senior legal specialists. To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. B.A. degree in Law, English or related field, or equivalent experience. Previous legal or immigration experience is an asset.
