A young company with a big dream: transforming the Brazilian fashion wholesale sector. Responsibilities Study potential customers, the market and competitors (benchmarking). Analyze positioning of indirect offers in partnership with the Marketing team and suggest improvements. Pre-qualify leads through business diagnostics. Establish personalized contact with prospective clients (focus on ICP enterprise) via phone, email, video call, chat or other means. Identify opportunities and understand client needs to offer services/products that best meet expectations. Create activity reports (number of leads, calls, conversion rate, etc.). Collaborate with the team and propose new approaches to reach objectives. Maintain updated records of all activities using CRM systems. Participate in trainings and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications Focus on goals and results. Excellent verbal and written communication. Certification in Inside Sales and Inbound Sales. Self-motivation, proactivity and competitiveness. Empathy and friendliness. Proven experience in technology pre-sales. Persuasion and negotiation/resilience skills; fearless of no's and strong will to transform them into yes's. Intermediate English a plus.
