Company Bluenet Solutions (USA) Remote Brazil Commission‑Based / Independent Contractor Highcommission structure + performance bonuses About Us Bluenet Solutions is a leading authorized dealer for AT&T, Xfinity, and other U.S. telecom providers. Headquartered in the U.S., we deliver mobile, internet, and smart device solutions to immigrant communities across the country. We are expanding our sales reach and seeking a sales expert based in Brazil to join our international remote team. What You'll Do Sell wireless plans, iPhones, and internet services to Mandarin‑speaking customers in the U.S. Conduct consultations via WhatsApp, WeChat, or phone. Manage leads generated through our ad campaigns and landing pages. Guide clients through the sales process and assist with onboarding. Collaborate with our U.S. operations and remote teams. Provide feedback to improve outreach and customer experience. What We're Looking For 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in telecom, tech, insurance, or international services. Fluency in English. Experience closing high‑ticket or recurring‑sales deals. Strong communication, follow‑up, and negotiation skills. Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely. Self‑motivated, accountable, and performance‑driven. What You'll Get High commissions per sale (some agents earn R$5,000–R$10,000+ a month). Flexible work hours – remote position. Training on our products, systems, and U.S. market. Opportunity to grow into a team leader or regional partner.
