Sr. Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist ASMPT is a leading global supplier of hardware and software solutions for the manufacture of semiconductors and electronics. ASMPT in Manaus, Brazil is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will sell products, solutions and services to new and/or existing customers directly or through sales channels and establish and/or maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities and Duties / Essential Functions: Guide the overall operation of a territory and/or sales channels to ensure the achievement of business targets. Work with channel partners to develop strategic plans to penetrate new customers. Conduct regular business review meetings with each channel partner to cover sales volume plan, key customer activities, target accounts, etc. Guide efforts of sales and support engineers, channel partners, and administrative personnel. Guide brand strategy to meet or exceed objectives established for each brand. Develop growth forecasts for the entire region and/or sales channels to ensure the highest level of service. Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and competitors’ activities to develop sales plans that achieve or exceed sales goals. Develop and implement an account development plan that meets and optimizes revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty directly or through channel partners. Track and report ongoing business results compared to the plan’s established goals and execute corrective action when needed. Initiate, build, and maintain long-term relationships with the appropriate account decision makers directly or through channel partners. Develop a complete understanding of the organization’s structure and key buying influences on assigned accounts. Deliver client presentations explaining the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings. Prepare products and solutions quotes according to customer applications and demands. Maintain sales forecast, customer data and sales process tracking using company CRM tools. Qualifications and Skills Required: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills Excellent presentation skills Self-starter with minimal supervision needed Customer focus and strong value selling capabilities Decision making / sound judgment Hands-on skills and ability to navigate through complex problems Strong analytical background Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Practical/theoretical knowledge of Placements / Printers software products Advanced MS Office skills Proficient in maintaining sales data in CRM tool Must be fluent in English and Portuguese – speaking, reading and writing Must be able to work overtime and weekends, as needed Education and Experience: BA/BS Degree in Business or Engineering. MBA preferred.
