
Learning and Development Specialist

- Supervise trainers’ facilitation and/or facilitate training programs for employees at all levels in the call center (e.g., new hire orientation, new or changes to policies/procedures, staff development, and other training necessitated by business needs). Provide actionable performance and radically candid feedback to learners, including documentation of performance concerns.
- Develop a process for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs through various assessment methods, i.e., testing, evaluations, etc. Gather data to identify the impact of training solutions and analyze data to provide recommendations for improvement. Communicate training needs and develop new programs or modify existing programs to meet those needs.
- Upskill our leadership group in their coaching, mentoring, and training techniques so Influx can continuously maintain a consistent talent pipeline. They also design clear learning pathways to empower our people to pursue their own development.
- Design or improve Onboarding programs that sustainably accelerate the learning curve of our new employees or employees transitioning to new positions.
- Gather, organize, share, and analyze knowledge inside of the Influx work environment in a way that is easily accessible to employees.
- Coordinate and develop trainers, focusing on upskilling them for their next career step, which includes (but is not limited to) project management, people management, and instructional design skills.
- **Basic Qualifications**_
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, education, or related field OR four (4) years of directly related experience.
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
**Additional Requirements**
Consistent experience in creating and delivering learning and development programs, including instructional design.
Demonstrated ability to identify business learning needs, develop strategies, create plans, and manage projects.
Passionate about content curation, benchmarking, and networking.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Team player.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Coaching certification or any other within the L&D field will be a plus.
