Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope . Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have a substantial number of open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Our team helps engineers relocate and build a new life in Sweden.

As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a skilled global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.

We handle visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and related practicalities to support our employees.

Clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit engineers for Sweden-based roles in IT and related fields.
  • Build trust with candidates exploring relocation to Sweden and clearly communicate relocation benefits.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support visa, work permits, housing, travel, and other relocation logistics.
  • Develop and maintain a solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to plan and execute recruitment activities.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and effective recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.
  • Solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset.
  • High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and capable of handling 'no' with resilience.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Offer and Logistics
  • Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday; overtime compensated 1:1 as flex.
  • Full-time, long-term contract as Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • 20 paid vacation days; paid holidays; travel, housing, and per diem support.
