Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry Sweden needs skilled engineers, with approximately 30,000 required by 2030. We currently have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Job Description : As a senior headhunter, you will help find engineers ready to move to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are high, and your role will involve finding and informing potential candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Your tasks will include building trust with suitable candidates and working with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden. You will also be supported by our Swedish delivery management team, which handles relocation matters for our consultants. We support our employees with visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, and online solutions. Responsibilities and Requirements At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience. A solid network of local engineering talent within IT. Service-oriented, flexible, and able to find the best solution for challenges. High-quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies. Upper intermediate English. Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods. Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests. Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing, with high self-motivation. Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder. Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers. Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance. Extent and Duration : Start ASAP, full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, with a minimum of 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime compensation. Economy : Remuneration starting at $1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
