Our Client : A subscription-based market research company providing insights and trends related to digital marketing, media, and commerce. Job Summary : Manage AI infrastructure and governance framework, supporting engineering and content teams in building effective, compliant AI agents while optimizing costs and performance. Responsibilities : Infrastructure & Operations, Governance & Compliance, Monitoring & Optimization, and Enablement & Adoption. Infrastructure & Operations includes managing LLM infrastructure, troubleshooting agent deployments, and supporting engineering teams. Governance & Compliance involves developing AI usage policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and conducting risk assessments. Monitoring & Optimization: Implement Datadog monitoring, build dashboards, generate reports, and identify cost optimization opportunities. Enablement & Adoption: Deploy adoption surveys, lead training sessions, create technical documentation, and track AI adoption metrics. Qualifications And Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years in technical operations, daily user of AI tools, Python scripting capabilities, experience with monitoring tools, strong analytical skills, and clear communication abilities.
