**A day in the life of...**
The Customer Master Data Specialist takes care of the daily activities and global improvements for better CLC (Customer Life Cycle) performance, ensuring a high level of service. Will be responsible for communicating with global teams and leading projects received from them and aligning them across markets. They also has people management as his main responsibility, providing feedback and guiding employees throughout their journey at Nestlé.
**Required knowledge**:
- Graduated University: Production Engineering, Business Administration, Science related degree;
- English L3 (Advanced);
- Spanish L3 (Advanced);
- Intermediate Excel;
- Stakeholder management experience;
- Soft Skills Communication;
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment;
- Interest in leading, even if indirectly.
