**Summary**:Location: Brazil #HybridAbout The Role:**About the Role**:- **Supply Chain Optimization**: Implement enhancement projects to increase warehouse and distribution efficiency, reducing costs and improving service levels.- ** Supplier Management**: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and transportation companies to ensure compliance with service agreements and operational standards.- ** Data Analysis**: Utilize SAP and other analytical tools to monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.- ** Financial Governance**: Support and execute financial control and governance within the W&D area, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial policies.- ** Project Leadership**: Participate in projects focused on savings initiatives and operational enhancements, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment across the supply chain.- ** Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, project progress, and improvement recommendations to senior management.**Key Performance Indicators**:- ** Cost Savings**: Measure the impact of implemented projects on overall logistics and distribution costs.- ** Financial Compliance**: Assess adherence to financial governance standards and budgetary controls within the W&D area.- ** Supplier Performance**: Evaluate third-party supplier performance against key service level agreements (SLAs).- ** Project Milestones**: Track the successful completion of project deliverables within set timelines and budgets.- ** Data Accuracy**: Ensure the accuracy of 3PL data inputs in reporting tools.**Minimum Requirements**:- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
