Senior Solutions Architect

At our company, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Solutions Architect . As a Senior Product Support Escalation Engineer, you will be the primary technical support contact for customers and partners. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, drive resolutions, and partner with Product, Engineering, and QA to improve product functionality.
You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on SDK integration and deployment. Additionally, you will mentor team members with your deep technical expertise. To succeed in this role, you must have 4+ years of experience in technical product support (B2B/SaaS preferred) and hands-on experience supporting software in production environments (Mobile & Web).
- Technical problem-solving skills: Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and QA.
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead by example and mentor junior team members to develop their technical skills.
