The NPI Procurement Buyer Specialist will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to the development of new Gold Harvesting projects. This role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance throughout the product development. This position plays a key role in project management within the procurement function, coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and project timelines.

• Manage and follow up the sourcing execution with category buyers aligned with project milestones and cost targets; Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Planning to ensure supplier alignment with technical and operational requirements
• Lead procurement-related risk assessments and develop contingency plans; Represent the procurement team in project governance meetings, providing updates on sourcing status, risks, and mitigation plans
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field; Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, tracking, and cross-functional coordination, ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results
• Familiarity with agricultural machinery components, especially harvesting systems, is a plus
