Senior SAP MM Consultant About the role As Senior SAP MM Consultant involves leading end-to-end SAP Materials Management (MM) implementations from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Key responsibilities include configuring the MM module for purchasing and inventory integrating it with other SAP modules (like FI CO SD and WM), conducting testing and providing user training and support. This role also requires creating functional specifications documentation and acting as a subject matter expert to guide clients on In this role, you will: Lead full lifecycle SAP MM implementations from initial requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and go-live. Analyze client business requirements and map them to SAP MM functionalities, recommending best practices to streamline processes. Configure and manage various SAP MM sub-modules including master data, purchasing, inventory management, pricing procedures, and special procurement scenarios (like subcontracting). Work model: Hybrid We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP. What you need to have to be considered Bachelor’s degree Advanced English Extensive experience leading full lifecycle SAP MM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live. Strong ability to analyze client business requirements and map them to SAP MM functionalities, recommending best practices. Proficiency in configuring and managing SAP MM sub-modules such as master data, purchasing, inventory management, pricing procedures, and special procurement scenarios (e.g., subcontracting). Demonstrated expertise in integrating SAP MM with other SAP modules like FI, CO, SD, and WM.
