Projetar, desenvolver e manter APIs (REST) para player, painel e integrações. Modelagem de dados: índices, otimização de queries, migrações seguras. Jobs assíncronos: filas, idempotência, retries, dead-letter. Observabilidade: logs estruturados, métricas, tracing, SLOs/SLIs. Performance e custo: propor melhorias que equilibrem velocidade e economia. Segurança: autenticação/autorização, proteção contra abusos, OWASP. Qualidade: testes automatizados, revisão de PRs, padrões de código e CI. Colaboração próxima ao CTO e PM na priorização e roadmap técnico. Requisitos da vaga: 3–5+ anos de experiência com back-ends web em produção. Vivência com Ruby on Rails Fullstack (ou forte base em outro MVC). Banco de dados relacionais: modelagem, transações, tuning. Redis/filas e processamento assíncrono (Sidekiq/Resque ou equivalente). HTTP/REST: versionamento, idempotência, paginação, rate limiting. Testes automatizados e CI/CD. Mentalidade de ownership, senso de urgência e foco em cliente. Boa comunicação escrita e organização. Experiência com pipeline de vídeo (upload, transcodificação, CDN, DRM). Observabilidade avançada (Newrelic/Sentry), feature flags, blue-green/canary. Kubernetes/Docker e automações de deploy. Otimização de custos em cloud e tuning avançado de banco. Integrações externas (webhooks, autenticação, BI). #J-18808-Ljbffr
