Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Delphi Developer to join an international team building robust, high-performance software systems. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with modern Delphi versions and a strong background in developing and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs. This is a hands-on development role, ideal for someone who enjoys working on backend architecture and API integrations within a scalable desktop application environment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Delphi (modern versions preferred). Build and enhance RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration with internal systems and third-party platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and maintainability. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Delphi development (preferably with versions XE7 or newer). Proven experience in developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles. Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Familiarity with multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning in Delphi. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in remote teams.
