**What role you will play in our team**:
Come join our Procurement Payment Solutions team. Our team Payment Solutions team oversees global process health to ensure delivery of the desired customer experience.
Provides guidance for day-to-day operations and problem resolution.
Location: Curitiba
**What you will do**:
- Provides E2E advice and guidance to the MSP agent and business line on how to effectively solve issues/escalations and drive desired outcomes
- Monitor and act on feedback and process metrics with MSP or, when required, through direct interface with client / vendor to ensure feedback loop is closed and ongoing improvement in MSP process execution.
- Escalate broader process improvements opportunities to Quality, Support & Feedback Advisor, Process Excellence Advisors and MSP to drive improvements to MSP performance
- Provides guidance to MSP about when an issue should be escalated, ie when management is needed inside MSP or EM
- Guide and influence MSP team to take initiative and responsibility
- Support alignment, standardization and implementation of MSP & S2P/IP defined global processes and differentiated service offers when appropriate
- Leverage metrics and insights from KPI Advisors and Quality, Support & Feedback Advisors to identify and coach MSP on areas for improvement
- Participate in tests and trainings of new tools and systems

**Skills and Qualifications**
We are seeking an Associate who excels in dynamic environment, with outstading analitycal skills, good communication in both portuguese and english and adaptability.
Also, is fundamental to be proactive and collaborative.
Bachelor's degree in the commercial/busines area, Knowledge of Payables desired, SAP knowledge desired, Microsoft office tools intermediate knowledge, advanced english
advanced english.
**Preferred Qualifications/ Experience**
SAP knowledge, Previous Payables experience
