BASE SALARY – UP TO USD 5K/MONTH (UP TO USD 60K/YEAR) COMMISSION / BONUS – UP TO USD 60K/YEAR Total Compensation – Up To USD 120k/Year Responsibilities – Senior Account Executive (SaaS | Banks and Financial Institutions) Manage the full B2B sales cycle for SaaS solutions, from prospecting to closing and account expansion. Develop and execute commercial strategies to generate new business opportunities within the banking and financial institution segment. Map target accounts and identify key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers. Lead meetings, presentations, and product demos, tailoring the to each client’s specific needs. Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring profitability and timelines aligned with company strategy. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to maximize retention and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure a high-value delivery to clients. Use CRM tools to log activities, update pipelines, and report sales forecasts. Monitor financial and technology trends to anticipate market needs and strengthen the company’s positioning. Communicate in English with partners, clients, and internal teams when required.
