**About Us**:
Khan Tech is an IT startup dedicated to redefining the iGaming experience with cutting-edge technology and creative solutions. We are a team of Engineers, Designers, and gaming enthusiasts working remotely within Europe and Asia or in-house in our UAE/Dubai premises.
**About the product**:
We're looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. You’ll be in charge of planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid social ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
**Key tasks**:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and copy to optimize for performance.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to hit monthly KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop scroll-stopping ad content and hooks.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Ensure pixel tracking and attribution tools (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) are functioning correctly.
**Must have**:
- 3+ years experience running paid social campaigns with proven results.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
- Ability to manage ad spend in the 6 to 7 figure range per month.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience running ads in the eCommerce.
- Basic CapCut video editing skills.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO strategies.
