Responsibilities Study potential clients, market and competitors (benchmarking). Analyze positioning applied in indirect offers in partnership with the Marketing team and suggest improvements. Conduct pre-qualification of leads by business diagnosis. Establish contact with potential clients (focus on ICP enterprise) in a personalized way via phone, e‑mail, video call, chat and/or other means. Detect opportunities and understand client needs, offering services/products that best meet expectations. Create activity reports (lead quantity, calls, conversion rate, etc.). Collaborate with the team and propose new approaches to achieve objectives. Maintain updated records of all activities performed, using CRM systems. Participate in training and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications Focus on goals and results. Excellent verbal and written communication. Certification in inside sales and inbound sales. Self‑motivation, proactivity and competitiveness. Empathy and sympathy. Proven experience in pre‑sales in the technology area. Persuasion and negotiation/resilience skills: no fear of receiving "nãos" and willingness to turn them into "sins". Intermediate English (differential). Superior formation or pursuit in business areas: Administration, Communication, Marketing or related fields (differential). Benefits Remuneration of R$ 3k to R$ 4k. Partner program.
