The Globalization Financials Unit is responsible for the development and maintenance of statutory reporting solutions for Brazil, Latin America, and multiple other countries within S/4HANA.
These solutions help thousands of customers achieve compliance with local regulations while ensuring smooth integration into global business processes.
Our AI team enhances these capabilities with advanced large language models, natural language processing, and automation.
**In this role, you’ll**:

- ead the design, development, and optimization of AI-driven capabilities for SAP Globalization Financials products, ensuring alignment with long-term product strategy.A
- rchitect and oversee implementation of complex AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, robustness, and adherence to best practices.M
- entor and guide junior and mid-level AI developers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.C
- ollaborate closely with executive stakeholders, product management, and cross-functional teams to define AI solution roadmaps and priorities.E
- stablish and enforce coding, testing, and documentation standards for AI-related development.
**What you will bring**:

- achelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field; a PhD is a plus.8
- + years of experience in Cloud development, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role delivering production-grade systems.P
- roficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworksP
- roven track record in building, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models, LangChain, LangGraph, and related GenAI technologies.S
- trong knowledge of software architecture, system design, microservices, and cloud-native deployments (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, or GCP).E
- xceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and driving technical direction.E
- xcellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills with a focus on delivering high business value.F
- luent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.E
- xperience with RDF Knowledge Graphs is a plus
