SummaryWiz is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Programs Manager to join our WW Channels & Alliances Organization. You will build and execute a rapidly evolving multi-year partner programs strategy, acting as the owner and operator of a defined partner program track. Initially you will oversee program development and later transition to operational excellence and compliance initiatives as our global partner programs scale. This role works with GSIs, SIs, MSPs, and National Reseller Partners to deliver comprehensive programs that strengthen ecosystem partnerships.
What you’ll doProgram Leadership
- Lead strategic partner program development from ideation through execution with defined, tracked, and achieved outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute multi-year growth strategies via partner program frameworks.
- Define success criteria and KPIs, regularly report progress to leadership, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Lead complex projects with effective cross-team communication.
- Promote a culture of action, urgency, and collaboration to accelerate delivery in a hyper-growth environment.
Program Development
- Design and implement new partner programs, initiatives, and growth models.
- Build and maintain program documentation, partner onboarding, training materials, etc.
- Develop program success metrics and KPIs to measure ongoing performance.
- Lead internal/external program reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices for program scalability and repeatability.
Operational Excellence
- Establish frameworks, processes, and governance models that drive accountability and transparency.
- Implement operational efficiency improvements and automation initiatives.
- Manage resource allocation, budgets, and program capacity planning.
- Ensure partner programs meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular program audits and assessments.
- Conduct annual operating and capacity planning reviews.
- Implement risk management strategies for partner relationships.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on partner agreements.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics.
- 8+ years of program management experience in Channel/Alliances or individual contribution.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience building and managing partner programs with operational frameworks, audits, and governance controls for partner ecosystems.
- A teammate and change champion with a bias for action.
- Forward-thinking, results-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven program and project management acumen with a track record of leading multifaceted initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to create content and professional decks in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Google.
- Experience working on enterprise technology initiatives with business-wide scope and impact.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, HR, Legal, Enablement, and Operations.
- Adaptive to new technologies and methodologies; team player with collaborative style.
- High attention to detail, processes, and organization.
- Experience presenting complex go-to-market concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels of the organization.

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate\'s job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
US Base Pay Range $152,000 — $208,000 USD
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
