Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct product discovery methodologies;
  • Prioritize backlog and define roadmaps based on data, insights, and business objectives;
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring continuous value delivery;
  • Specify functional and technical requirements, with a deep understanding of APIs and system integrations;
  • Map and monitor performance and adoption metrics;
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective).
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in the banking sector, focusing on payments;
  • Previous experience with PSPs or payment gateways;
  • Hands-on experience with product discovery methodologies;
  • Solid knowledge of the payments market, including crossborder;
  • Experience with API-based products (technical background required);
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and multicultural contexts;
  • Intermediate level proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and meetings).
  • Preferred: Certifications in Scrum, Product Owner, or Agile (CSPO, PSPO, etc); familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman.
