Job Summary Lead and manage retail marketing team activities related to store intelligence, field force management (promoters), retail sales force training and visual merchandising materials. Ensure high sales conversion, engaged promoter team, and best brand visibility at the stores. Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with the global marketing strategy and brand identity. Guarantee time‑to‑market distribution of promotional materials and product presence at key points of sale. Monitor retail management KPIs and serve as the main contact point with sales, marketing local teams and global management. Control budget and drive ROI analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a medium‑to‑long‑term retail strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends. Analyze market flow, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats. Set clear goals for retail growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency. Coordinate strategy implementation across departments and continuously seek innovative trade marketing approaches. Create a cooperative retail model adapted to each store’s operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with global objectives. Predict potential sales issues through retail data analysis and develop mitigation action plans. Monitor campaign performance and optimize retail performance through key indicators such as sales, stockouts, and new store coverage. Report performance to internal and external stakeholders and implement corrective actions. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate Studies: MBA or specialization in Retail Management, Business Strategy, or Marketing. Desirable: advanced courses or certifications in data analysis, executive leadership, or retail innovation. Background Experience leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Skill in using metrics and KPIs to monitor and optimize performance. Experience in budget management, cost control, and ROI analysis. Broad understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitive practices.
