We’re hiring a Mid-level Python Developer to design, implement, and evolve a multi‑agent AI system alongside data scientists, software engineers, and statisticians. You’ll join client calls in English and help deliver robust, observable, and secure production solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and orchestrate AI agents (workflows, tools, memory/retrieval, coordination). Integrate LLMs and supporting services (RAG, vector stores, function/tool calling, external APIs). Write tests, add logging/monitoring, and support the release cycle. Partner with data scientists on agent evaluation (offline/online metrics, A/B testing). Document architecture, technical decisions, and best‑practice usage. Requirements Strong Python skills applied to AI products. Advanced SQL required; experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and performant queries. Hands‑on experience with LLMs and agents (prompting, tool calling, basic RAG). Knowledge of at least one agent framework: LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Google ADK, or similar. Clear English communication with client stakeholders. Nice to Have LLM observability (tracing/metrics) and automated evaluation experience. Familiarity with vector stores and queues/events.
