About the project:

As a QA Engineer , you will validate integrations between web portals and Microsoft CRM Dynamics, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. You will work closely with development teams to enhance platform stability and performance.

How your day-to-day work will look like:

• Design and execute test cases for CRM Dynamics and its integrations.
• Perform automation testing for web portals interacting with Microsoft CRM.
• Verify data accuracy and consistency between web interfaces and CRM Dynamics.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues.
• Document test results and provide recommendations for improvements.

This would make you the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ Years of experience working as a CRM Dynamics QA.
• 2+ Years of experience in Integration testing between web portals and CRM.
• Experience with Microsoft web platforms.
• Experience with SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with API testing.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
