Overview The mission of Speechify is to make sure that reading is never a barrier to learning. With Speechify’s text-to-speech products used by over 50 million people to turn PDFs, books, Google Docs, news articles, and websites into audio, Speechify offers iOS, Android, Mac, Chrome Extension, and Web App experiences. Speechify has been recognized by Google as Chrome Extension of the Year and by Apple as App of the Day. Today, nearly 200 people work on Speechify in a 100% distributed setting. Our team includes frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and professionals from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, top PhD programs, and growth startups. Overview With the growth of our iOS app, being the #18 productivity app in the App Store and our recognition as Apple\u2019s 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we seek a Senior iOS Engineer to support the growing user base and work on new projects to push our product forward. This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about product decisions, and has experience delivering great user experiences. We are a flat organization that values leadership through strong technical skills and consistent, rapid results. Work ethic, clear communication, and a winner mindset are paramount. Our interview process involves several technical interviews, typically completed within 1 week.
