We accelerate customer success through integrated clinical, medical affairs and commercial insights. Job Responsibilities Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close‑out visits (on‑site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH‑GCP, and protocol compliance. Verify informed consent procedures, protect subject confidentiality and assess potential protocol deviations. Conduct source document reviews, query resolution, and support electronic data capture compliance. Maintain investigator site file accuracy, reconcile with trial master file, and ensure archiving requirements. Document activities per SOPs, support subject recruitment, and track all observations. Manage site‑level activities, communicate with site staff, and maintain audit readiness. Provide guidance and training to junior CRAs and support project monitoring meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field; equivalent education, training and experience acceptable. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements. Good computer skills, ability to embrace new technologies, and excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
