We’re a lean, impact-driven Revenue Operations team embedded in Sales & Growth, focused on Brazil while collaborating globally. We unify data, automate operations, and enable faster, smarter decisions across channels, partnering with global teams on models, KPIs, and visualizations. As a Data Analytics Coordinator, you will lead 4-5 team members and serve as the technical reference for developing, optimizing, and maintaining data infrastructure across Sales & Growth. You will own the strategy and execution of our data infrastructure and automation roadmap, bridging data and business with high ownership. What You’ll Do Develop, optimize, and maintain data infrastructure and analytics platform within Sales & Growth. Automate data-related and operational processes to improve speed, quality, and scalability. Lead growth automation initiatives from scoping to delivery, monitoring, and measurement. Establish data quality, testing, documentation, and governance standards. Collaborate with Brazil and global Data Analytics Chapters on models, KPIs, and best practices. Develop reports and presentations to communicate insights clearly to leaders for decision-making. Manage the Data Analytics team to drive impact and upskill technical capabilities. You’ll Be Great for This Role If You have advanced or fluent English and can collaborate with global teams. You have advanced SQL skills for complex queries at scale. You have experience with data transformation and modeling (ETL/ELT). You have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. You have proven leadership in projects and influencing technical decisions. You possess strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. You are comfortable defining OKRs, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on data. Nice to Have Experience with DBT, Airflow, and Git workflows. Production experience with Python for data processing and automation. Knowledge of statistics and experimentation for decision-making. A data engineering background with scalable data systems knowledge. Additional Information We recognize that candidates may not meet 100% of the criteria.
